ICONIC OFFICE SPACE
WITH A HISTORY

This historic building occupying Icknield Street, Camden Street and Pope Street will be the first to kick start the St. Georges development on the edge of the City Centre. The building is strategically located being only
10 minutes walk from Birmingham City Council House, yet has direct access onto the Middle Ring Road (A4040). Chord Deeley see no reason to demolish such a good looking building therefore they will retain the original Kettleworks building that dates back to 1890.

The design for this building will provide large flexible floor plates with stunning design features to create a fabulous working environment.
This building will form an iconic entrance to the Jewellery Quarter on
the corner of Camden Street, Pope Street and Icknield Street.

The Kettleworks will provide:

  • Up to 236,176 sq ft of unique office accommodation
  • Circa 2,500 workstations
  • 323 secure parking spaces plus facilities for cycles and motorcycles
